I get quite an appreciable return utilizing the various Tesco Clubcard promotions and using the various Codes that Tesco issue from time to time. Often I’ll use the £12 off a £70 spend type vouchers to bulk buy non-perishable goods that I regularly use.
What are these Tesco codes then? Well, when Tesco send out mailers to people or promote a certain deal for one of their many services or sites they often issue “Tesco Voucher Codes” - these are code numbers that apply discounts to purchases when certain conditions are met. These will enable you to get things like money off your shopping, extra clubcard points or rarely a chance to win something. All codes have expiry dates so you need to ensure these are used before they expire.
How do I use these codes? Start at the top of this blog and search the Tesco voucher codes for the one that most suits your purposes. You can only use one code starting “XX” per transaction, so pick carefully as often there will be a number that could be useful.
For example you could choose;
£5 off £50 spend XX-FDSD
Or
£7 off £50 spend XX-FHYT
Clearly the best one to chose would be £7 per £50 and use the XX-FHYT code. Now if you want to buy goods to the value of £101, then place two orders and use the XX-FHYT code each time thus saving a massive £14!! Now that’s Value!!
Now you have your code you are ready to shop.
Go to
http://www.tesco.com/ and shop as you normally would. Once you are finished click the "checkout" button above the goods and pick a delivery slot by clicking the time you want the goods delivered.
You now have to review and pay for your order - in the pay and confirm section click the button titled "use coupon/vouchers". In the next screen enter your Tesco e-coupon/voucher code, click the "use code" button.
Check the code has been accepted and click "back to checkout" which will take you back to the checkout to complete your purchase.
